- WEEKLY VISITS TO YOUR COMMUNITY:
One of the characteristics that best defines us is the proactive management of our communities. We always try to stay ahead of the curve, and to do that, it’s better to see it than wait to be told about it.
- NOTICE OF THE EXPIRY OF THE COMMUNITY FEE:
It is not a common practice among property administrators to give advance notice of the next community fee. In our company, on the contrary, we always inform the owner of the proximity of the next instalment as well as its amount and how to pay it (as long as they are not monthly).
- NOTICE OF RETURN OF DIRECT DEBIT RECEIPT:
In the event that your direct debit bill is returned by your bank, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you can find a solution and thus avoid any other possible returns, both with the community and with other issuing institutions.
- AUTOMATION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF BAD DEBTS:
